"Sai Spiritual Education (SSE) is the program focused on building character and inculcating the five human values in children aged 6 to 17 years. The program is based on Sai Baba’s teachings of the universality of the human values – Truth, Right Action, Peace, Love, and Nonviolence – and the consequent unity behind all religions and mankind. The children learn to inculcate human values in their daily lives and to serve all fellow men equally, treating them as verily God.
The goal behind the SSE program is to develop the spark of Divinity inherent in every child so the child blossoms into an honest and humble citizen of the country he/she resides in."

The Mother Teresa Initiative embodies Swami’s message of “Love all, serve all.” This bi-monthly service gathers volunteers of all ages from the CSJ center to prepare fresh meals for those in need. Each session, they make over a 100 burritos, which are then delivered to the Sisters of Charity in San Francisco for distribution to the local homeless.
The group also collects clothing and other essentials during seasonal periods to support those facing hardship. The program’s adult and student coordinators have been instrumental in its success, ensuring that each preparation is well-coordinated, productive, and meaningful. The overarching goal of this service is to show how collaborative efforts of kindness can make lasting impacts on others’ lives.

Every second Saturday of the month, our SSE children come together for Sandwich Seva, a service activity that they lead with enthusiasm and love. The children help prepare and pack over 100 meal bags, each filled with sandwiches, bananas, granola bars, water bottles, and napkins.
Once everything is ready, the bags are distributed to people in need at Saint James Park. It’s a beautiful way for the kids to learn about kindness, teamwork, and compassion through action.
Through this seva, they experience the joy of serving others and living Swami’s message: "Love all, serve all."
